“This week’s top auction sale was $2.4 million for a house in Rose Bay – a dream home for most of us, but not a patch on the record for the year to date of $18 million for a luxury home in Mosman. The clearance rate this week was 60 per cent, with 300 properties sold and 202 passing in.”
