The Member Helpline team have a wealth of hands-on experience in the real estate industry. They can offer practical advice on a wide range of real estate practice matters, including:

REINSW's inhouse legal counsel provides members with free expert advice on all areas of agency practice, ethics and standards, dispute resolution, quality management, and the impact of new legislation on your business. REINSW can assist members to settle disputes without resorting to costly, time-consuming procedures. If you do find it is necessary to go to court, REINSW can offer information and assistance, but cannot appear on your behalf.
