LJ Hooker has appointed commercial real estate veteran Patrick Brush as the Head of Commercial Network for the group, effective 1 December 2011.   

With 29 years experience in the industry, Brush currently serves as Principal of LJ Hooker Commercial at Silverwater, a franchise he opened in 1994.
 
“Patrick is known in the industry for his substantial sales record–he is one of the strongest and most consistent performers in the LJ Hooker Commercial business since 1988. Patrick’s outstanding qualities of leadership, positive attitude and knowledgewill be invaluable in the role,” LJ Hooker CEO L Janusz Hooker.

“LJ Hooker provides a full suite of commercial services nationally and I look forward to our commercial team offering being strengthened with thi appointment,” Hooker said.

Brush began his career working in the industrial market of Sydney in 1982 with Jones Lang LaSalle. In 1987 he joined the LJ Hooker Franchise Network becoming one of the Principals at the Bankstown office. Later he owned and operated the Blacktown office in conjunction with Bankstown and then starting up LJ Hooker Commercial at Silverwater.
