Vacancy Rate Survey results

The REINSW Vacancy Rate Survey is the only survey of its kind in NSW. Each month it provides vacancy rates across NSW, broken down into specific metropolitan and rural regions.

PropertyFocus

PropertyFocus sets out median values and sales turnover for houses, units and land in NSW by statistical division and local government area. It also examines rental yields for residential and commercial real estate, along with more general economic indicators such as housing finance and employment growth.

Real Estate Journal

The Journal is a monthly magazine that features articles on topics such as the state of the real estate market, changes to legislation, marketing tips, and profiles on successful agents.
