Ground Breaking Compliance Guide Launched
REINSW President, Mrs Cristine Castle, said the comprehensive Guide is a ground breaking resource that is much needed in the real estate industry.
“The Real Estate Institute of NSW has been the industry’s leader for more than 96 years and we have reinvigorated our products and services,” Mrs Castle said.
“This new online Compliance Guide is a unique tool that real estate professionals have never had before and it is unashamedly for member firms only,” she said.
“The Institute has invested significant time and effort in putting this Guide together and has drawn on the wisdom and expertise of experienced industry practitioners and expert legal advisers. As a result, this Guide will help member agents, and ultimately their clients, right across the State to continue to comply with the complex and ever changing raft of industry specific laws and regulations.”
