REINSW Education & Training has a wide range of programs tailored to suit.
To work as a real estate agent you must be over 16 years of age and you must obtain a Certificate of Registration from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). To obtain a Certificate of Registration, you'll need to complete a Course and Property Practice.
The

Completing an REINSW Course in Property Practice ensures your qualification is highly regarded by employers because your training is backed by the leading industry body for real estate professionals in NSW - giving you the edge as you break into the industry.
Another option available to newcomers to the real estate industry is a traineeship. Real estate traineeships are for those wanting to learn the skills of the trade in a structured apprenticeship program.
REINSW Traineeships take between 12 months and two years to complete and you must be working in an agency to be eligible. As part of an REINSW Traineeship, you will undertake the REINSW Course in Property Practice.
After you've gained some experience in real estate, you may want to take your career to the next level by obtaining a licence. The
REINSW Licensing Course equips you will the skills and knowledge to manage your own agency and take greater responsibility in the marketing, management and sale of property.

All real estate agents are required to complete compulsory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) each year, and
