Experienced agents licensing course
The licensing qualification is the next step for certificate of registration holders and allows you to manage your own agency, work on commission only and conduct auctions amongst other things.
The Experienced Agents Licensing Course has been specifically designed to recognise agents’ past experience and knowledge in order to minimise the time and cost of obtaining a NSW real estate licence.
There is a criteria to be eligible to register for this course. All participants need to have completed CPD workshops for renewal 1 and 2 (these can be completed for an additional fee) and be in one of the following three situations:
- Held a current Certificate of Registration in NSW (or equivalent in other States) for a minimum of three years; OR
- Had a licence which has lapsed in the last three years; OR
- Had five years' experience in the property industry AND have relevant other qualifications not listed above (for example, Diploma in Business [Property]).
A checklist of documentation to prove your experience can be found by clicking here. You are required to bring this documentation to a ONE DAY Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) session. You must bring sufficient evidence to this session.
Any outstanding units where exemption is not granted can be completed through REINSW's eLearning system or in class.
