Certificate of Registration Course
Your career in real estate starts with REINSW

Do you like dealing with people, have a flair for communication and enjoy working in a competitive environment? The REINSW Certificate of Registration Course is your first step to breaking into the exciting real estate industry.

All new entrants to the real estate industry, who intend on performing any of the functions of a real estate agent, must hold a Certificate of Registration issued by NSW Fair Trading.

When applying for a Certificate of Registration, Fair Trading requires a statement of attainment from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) stating that the applicant has successfully completed the relevant Certificate of Registration Course.

REINSW Education & Training is an RTO and the REINSW Certificate of Registration Course sets the industry standard, giving you the best start possible in your real estate career.

SPECIAL NOTICE

Please be aware that if you registered for the Certificate of Registration Course prior to 1 June 2009, and later completed it but did not register with NSW Fair Trading, that your Statement of Attainment issued will no longer be accepted by NSW Fair Trading.

This is a result of NSW Fair Trading releasing new Certificate of Registration units, and the transition period for individuals to move from the old to the new units expiring effective 1 January 2011.

Should you wish to continue your studies in real estate, you will now be required to complete the new course requirements.
