The OFT Supervision Guidelines set out in detail what is required of a Licensee-in-Charge in relation to the supervision of employees, and the establishment and monitoring of compliance problems. REINSW has developed a number of checklists to assist licensees and their staff comply.
The OFT Advertising Guidelines apply to all licensed agents. They are intended to assist agents in publishing acceptable photographic advertisements which convey accurate information and leave the buyer with the ‘right impression’.
