2003 Awards for excellence finalists & Winners
The real estate industry’s top performers for 2003 were honoured on 19 October at the annual Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) Awards for Excellence.
REINSW President, Chris Fitzpatrick, says this year’s award judges reported they’ve had the hardest task choosing the winners since the awards began. “The standard of entires in this year’s awards suggest that NSW real estate agents continue to raise the bar and strive for excellence in their day-to-day business, “ he says.
More than 200 REINSW members were nominated for awards, which was narrowed down to 61 finalists
“Every one of the finalists in this year’s awards are excellent property professionals and are a credit to the industry and to the Institute,” Fitzpatrick says. “Our annual awards recognise those who are striving to uphold and enhance these values while achieving outstanding market results for their clients,” he says.
Fitzpatrick says there were 17 REINSW Awards for Excellence in total, covering all key areas of agency practice, including two ‘rookie’ awards to recognise talented newcomers in the fields of Residential Sales and Property Management.
“These awards reflect the diversity of activities in the sectors and the rewarding career opportunities the real estate industry offers,” he says. “These agent set the standards for their colleagues and act as role models for future real estate professionals,” he says.
