REINSW provides a service to the public for the President of REINSW to appoint an agent, valuer or other expert, for instance, to sell, lease or manage a property or to determine the current market value, rent or reserve price of a property.
The Presidential Appointment Application Form must be completed to request that the President of The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales Limited (REINSW) appoint an agent, valuer and/or other expert to carry out a sale, valuation and/or other service pursuant to a presidential appointment. The application is made by the party(s) set out in the form.
There are several steps which must occur before the presidential appointment process can proceed, including: the party(s) must pay the fee and agree and accept the Presidential Appointment Terms and Conditions attached to the application by signing the form and submitting it to REINSW by email [email protected].
Please note that the Presidential Appointment process can only proceed once all parties to the application form agree and accept the Presidential Appointment Terms and Conditions in the form.
