Accessing professional property reports
If you have REI Forms Live, you can easily order reports from The Property Inspectors and Before You Bid.
When completing a Sales Inspection and Exclusive Agency Agreement Report you will be prompted to choose a report supplier. If selected, you simply enter the property and payment details and request the report.
Paying for the report via the service provider, and not through Forms Live, means you can access an invoice immediately to pass onto the vendor or your agency can offer the report as a value add for potential buyers.
