REINSW has a new look Residential Sales Chapter Committee. And with 258 combined years of experience, there’s no doubt this group of professional agents will have a great impact on the industry.
The committee chairs
Chairperson: Braden Walters | Sales Agent, McGrath Ballina
A licensed real estate agent, auctioneer and certified real estate trainer, Braden is a proven industry leader. He was a recipient of the REINSW Award for Excellence for Residential Sales in 2013 (he was also a finalist in 2011) and made the REB Top 100 Sales Agents list in 2012.
Deputy Chairperson: Sarah Bester | General Manager, Ray White Double Bay
Sarah is an experienced general manager. She has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry and a detailed understanding of licensing and regulations. Sarah was a finalist in the 2017 REIA National Awards for Excellence. She won the REINSW Award for Excellence for Corporate Support in 2014 and 2016 and was a finalist in the Ray White Annual Awards. Sarah also contributes to REISW webinars.

Betty Ockerlander | Sales Agent, McGrath Epping
Betty is a licensed agent with over twenty years’ experience in the real estate industry. She is a top performing agent and has achieved numerous record prices. Betty was a finalist in the 2017 REINSW Awards for Excellence for Residential Salesperson and has been nominated for an award again this year. She also contributes to REINSW webinars.
Wayne Stewart | Managing Director, Century 21
Wayne has over 39 years of property experience. He has owned building and architectural drafting businesses, specialised in development consultancy and sales, and is a past president of REINSW (2009–2011). Wayne has won numerous awards throughout his career, including the 2016 REINSW Woodrow Weight Award for Outstanding Service.
Cathy Baker | Principal, Belle Property Wamberal and Killcare
Cathy heads the Belle Property operation on the Central Coast with two prominent and highly-respected agencies at Wamberal and Killcare. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the REB Sales Agent of the Year Award in 2014 and 2015, and was a finalist in the REINSW Awards for Excellence in the Residential Salesperson category in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Cathy also contributes to REINSW webinars.
Craig Marshall | Principal and Director, Savills
For over 30 years, Craig Marshall has been a driving force in the Upper North Shore real estate industry. His exceptional customer service has led to incredible outcomes for his clients and his business. Craig’s dedication to the real estate industry was recognised when he was awarded REB’s Principal of the Year in 2017. He also contributes to REINSW webinars.
Lynette Malcolm | Partner, Chadwick Real Estate
Lynette is a second-generation real estate agent with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. In 2016, she was ranked number 40 in REB’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate, a title she retained in 2017. Lynette holds a BA in Media and Cultural Studies and leads a successful team of sales agents. She contributes to REINSW webinars and was a speaker at REINSW’s 2017 Future Agent Summit.
Robert Ward | CEO, DiJONES
Since taking the position of CEO of DiJONES in 2016, Robert has continued the agency’s legacy as one of NSW’s longest-standing independently owned and operated real estate brands. In 2017, he led his team in growing the agency’s network by over 55 per cent, resulting in the agency being honoured with an REINSW Award for Excellence. Robert will participate in his first REINSW webinar in September.
Peter Chauncy | Partner, McGrath Crows Nest
Peter is McGrath’s number one metro estate agent and was awarded the REINSW Award for Excellence for Salesperson of the Year in 2017. He recently led his office to be awarded the number one office in the McGrath network for the financial year. Throughout his career, he has set many new street and suburb records on the lower north shore.
Thomas McGlynn | National Director of Sales and Chief Auctioneer, The Agency
Thomas has almost 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry. He has conducted over 4,000 auctions and run thousands of training sessions. Thomas was a judge in this year’s Awards for Excellence Auctioneers’ category. He will also participate in his first REINSW webinar in September.
Matt Nicastri | Agent and Auctioneer, Cunninghams
A finalist in the 2015 Novice Auctioneers Competition (winner of the Sydney East heat) and REI Young Agents Scholarship recipient, Matt has accumulated an impressive resume in his seven years in real estate. His expertise extends beyond sales to investing and auctioneering. Matt’s can-do attitude and love for the industry is evident in his loyal clients-base.
Zoran Veleski | CEO, Crown Property Group Australia
Zoran entered the real estate industry as a teenager in 1991. From hand-delivering brochures to a key player in the success of Crown Property Group Australia, Zoran’s dedication to the industry is undeniable. Zoran was a finalist for the REB Sales Campaign of the Year in 2016 and 2017, and a Property Marketer finalist in the REINSW Awards for Excellence in 2014 and 2015.

Greg Jemmeson | Principal, Jemmeson & Fisher
Greg has been involved in the real estate industry since 1990. He is a practising solicitor, a member of the NSW Law Society and a specialised real estate legal practitioner. He also worked in real estate compliance with NSW Fair Trading. Greg’s vast knowledge of the law and real estate make him an asset to the Residential Sales Chapter Committee.
REINSW recognises the wealth of experience and knowledge this committee has to offer. With Board Representative, Peter Matthews, this committee will advance industry standards and continue the push for professionalism.
