Clown Doctors Annual Ball

16 August 2017

The Clown Doctors Annual Ball is being held on 2 September to help sick children laugh and cope when undergoing treatment.

The event is being held in the Carrington Room at Mittagong RSL and the funds raised go towards the Humour Foundation. Find out more information here.

Tickets cost $99 and include entry to the ball, a glass of champagne, a three-course meal, entertainment by Soulganic, MC Dr Smarty Pants, and guest speaker Marie Johnson.

There will also be a charity and silent auction, and a raffle draw of a brand-new Hyundai i30.

Clown Doctors are medical clowns, professional performers selected for their high level of improvisation and performance skills, as well as their sensitive and caring personal qualities.

They are specially trained by the Humour Foundation to work in the hospital setting. However, as a not-for profit organisation, that provides its service for free to hospitals, they rely on community donations and fundraising to keep the Clown Doctors program running.
