REINSW has been made aware that NSW Fair Trading have been visiting offices to check that COVID-19 Safety Plans are in place, and that extra inspectors will be out in the field this weekend. Registering as a COVID Safe business is mandatory for all real estate businesses as required by the NSW Government. We have created a guide for REINSW members to help you ensure your business is COVID Safe and compliant with government guidelines. Click here to download your COVID-19 Safety Plan Guide Unfortunately we were only recently made aware of these requirements and are seeking clarification on certain areas, however we recommend that you err on the side of caution and apply common sense in holding yourself to a higher standard by following the advice set out in this guide.
