Role of a sales agent on Auction Day

Recorded 11 August 2017

In this free Member webinar, Jesse Davidson and Mark Morrison examine the role of a sales agent on Auction Day.

  • What exactly should the sales agent be doing on Auction Day to maximise the outcome for their vendor?
  • How can the auctioneer help the sales agent achieve the best result?
  • When do you know it is the right time to drop the hammer?
  • What should the agent and auctioneer do if the property is passed in?

This webinar gives sales agents, auctioneers' and buyers’ agents an insight into the roles of the various players on Auction Day.
