Completing the exclusive buyers' agent agency agreement

 In this free Member webinar, Jacque Parker and Nick Viner will provide a walk-through of the Exclusive Buyers’ Agent Agreement. This Agreement is a critical aspect of a Buyers’ Agent’s business, as it details the contract terms of the client relationship.

Jacque and Nick will walk through the agreement section by section, offering direction on what the section means and how it must be completed. The presenters will explain the importance of each of the main terms and why it is important to complete it correctly, therefore avoiding mistakes that could create an invalid contract which might result in a dispute over the payment of fees.

The webinar will be useful for any newcomers to the world of the buyers’ agent as well as being an important refresher to more experienced Buyers’ Agents.

Meet the presenters

Jacque Parker. Jacque is the Director of House Search Australia, a multi-award winning Sydney-based buyer’s agency founded in 2005.

Jacque is the immediate Past-President of REBAA (Real Estate Buyers’ Agents Association) and currently sits on the REINSW Buyers’ Agent Chapter as Deputy Chairperson. Jacque has won an REINSW Awards for Excellence in 2009, 2011 and 2014.

Jacque is also a contract trainer with REINSW.

Nick Viner. Nick gained 10 years’ experience as a property lawyer before moving into real estate. He is now the Principal of Buyer’s Domain. A regular finalist at the REINSW Awards for Excellence, Nick went one step further and won the 2012 REINSW Awards for Excellence for a Buyers’ Agent.

Buyer’s Domain are members of The Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) and the Real Estate Buyers’ Agents Association of Australia (REBAA).
