The workplace is becoming increasingly more difficult to manage and there is no doubt that claims relating to workplace bullying and/or harassment are on the rise.

Early intervention and the appropriate policies and training can save a business thousands of dollars in avoiding bullying and harassment claims. The costs and the disruption to the workplace of bullying and harassment claims can be significant – not to mention the corporate embarrassment it can cause.  It is important to understand the principles of equal employment opportunity legislation and anti-bullying guidelines.

In this webinar, we will examine what constitutes bullying and the steps that agency owners should be taking to limit the possibility of a claim. We will also look at responding to any such claims including conducting a workplace investigation.
