Em Rusciano is a writer, comedian, singer, television and radio announcer, making her one of Australia’s most well-rounded and talented performers.

She has an impressive following of nearly 500,000 on social media platforms, with a weekly social media reach of up to 10 million. Her first book “Try Hard” went to the top of the iBook autobiography charts before it was even released and received glowing reviews. 

Em hosts the breakfast show on Sydney’s 104.1 2Day FM with Harley Breen, and recently hosted the Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras coverage on SBS which was the network’s highest ever rating coverage.




Caroline 
has over 15 years of industry experience. She has a serious passion for the real estate industry and a proven track record of real estate sales success. 

Her time as head of the Belle Property Academy saw Caroline transition from an award-winning sales agent to a well-regarded and highly respected coach, mentor and trainer to new agents right through to elite performers and business owners. Through her coaching and training company, Being Bold, Caroline is committed to achieving "breakthrough" for her clients, so they can realise and fulfil their potential. 

Caroline's understanding of functional real estate practices, performance intelligence and behavioural change enables her to help clients gain clarity and reconnect with their vision of a successful life. She inspires and motivates others to think bigger, bolder and better, build opportunities and live decisively. The result? Rewarding careers with financial freedom.

Tracey Fellows is REA Group’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for driving the company’s strategy, operations and global investments. With more than 25 years’ experience working with IT businesses, Tracey is passionate about technology, innovation and building highly skilled teams to help change the way the world experiences property.

She joined REA Group in 2014 and has seen the company expand into Asia, India and North America, as well as acquiring and developing new brands locally in Australia. Under her leadership, the company has grown to now have more than 1,400 people globally, and has been named as one of the top companies to work for in Australia.
 

Tracey joined REA Group from Australia Post where she was responsible for the physical and digital mail. Prior to this, she held several senior roles with Microsoft, including Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region and CEO of Microsoft Australia.

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University. She sits on the board for the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation and the APEC Business Advisory Council.

Susanne King is currently a Senior Executive at Insentra, working as a Master Peak Performance Coach for Anthony Robbins, Head Facilitator at Basic Bananas, Head Coach for a leading Australian Real Estate firm, Director of The Ministry of Branding and Impacteurs.

With over a decade of business consulting experience for companies BHP, Rio Tinto, Newcrest, IPAC and AMP Susanne King has worked globally in assisting business leaders to optimally perform and lead their teams to achieve greater success. After completing a B. Economics at Sydney University, Susanne spent over five years travelling Australia working with people from all levels, from CEO’s, General Managers, work teams and entrepreneurs. Susanne is passionate about seeing business leaders and coaching practitioners stand out in unique ways, empower their teams for greater performance, and to thrive in life.
Susanne firmly believes that “your message is your mission” and she is passionate about seeing business leaders and coaching practitioners “get famous” by helping them to develop their own unique brand and take their message to world. Susanne is known for challenging individuals and business leaders to think differently, push outside comfort zones, achieve more, make a greater impact and create a lifestyle they love. She encourages disciplines of human excellence, self-leadership and celebration.

Amanda Farmer is a strata lawyer and the host of the Your Strata Property podcast. With over 14 years’ experience in the sector, Amanda’s unique approach to the marketing and delivery of legal services ensures she stands out in an increasingly crowded marketplace.

Due to high demand, Amanda’s podcast has expanded to include an online membership community for strata owners and managers seeking information and resources for community living.

Amanda is also the founder of Women in Strata, a networking and support group for women working in strata management. Amanda sits on the Council of the Australian College of Community Association Lawyers.

Lisa Claes is the Chief Executive Officer for CoreLogic International. She has more than 20 years of financial services experience at an executive level across general management, strategy, sales, operations and corporate governance.

Lisa joined CoreLogic in 2016 as Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand. Early in 2017 her accountabilities extended to leading the international businesses for CoreLogic which include operations in the U.K. as well as expansion into global emerging markets.

Lisa brings a well-formed view of client and consumer requirements in an increasingly data-driven and client-focused marketplace.
A barrister earlier in her career, Lisa is also active on several boards and not-for-profits, including serving as the chair of LIXI, the Australian lending industry consortium that develops and maintains data standards.

Well-recognised in the Australian banking and financial services industry for her thought leadership, Lisa regularly publishes and presents on key issues and trends shaping the future.

Leanne Pilkington is Managing Director of real estate group Laing+Simmons, 2017 REB Thought Leader of the Year, and incoming President of the REINSW. Leanne has more than 25 years in the industry, developing an extensive knowledge of the full spectrum of real estate services, including residential sales, property management, retail management and development.

Overseeing the whole Laing+Simmons group as well as focusing on the growth and development of each franchise, Leanne is instrumental in developing new products, services and training systems to meet the varying needs of each member of the group.
 
Leanne joined the Laing+Simmons group in 1995 as a Franchise and Administration Manager. In 1997 she was promoted to Marketing Manager and became General Manager in 2000. 

Leanne was a finalist in the 2004 Telstra Business Woman of the Year and completed her Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Western Sydney in 2005. She used Laing+Simmons as her research subject in her thesis which analysed the attitudes and expectations of business owners, sales people and consumers. This has contributed to a strong grasp of issues that affect the real estate group and the NSW property market generally.

Tracy Bevan moved to Australia from England when she married cricketing legend, Michael Bevan, in 1994. It was Tracy who helped set up the McGrath Foundation following her best friend Jane McGrath's diagnosis and experience with breast cancer.

Tracy remains one of the driving forces behind the McGrath Foundation and is dedicated to increasing breast awareness in young people while raising much-needed funds to place McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities across Australia. 

In her current role, Tracy is an Ambassador and Director at the McGrath Foundation.

Robyn Hobbs is the NSW Small Business Commissioner OAM, leading a team that provides advocacy, dispute resolution and business support services for small businesses in New South Wales.

Robyn has worked in a diverse range of sectors and has held senior executive positions with the State Chamber of Commerce, Sydney Opera House, and the City of Sydney and is a passionate place maker.

Robyn received an OAM in 2009 for her services to the community founding Carols in the Domain and raising funds for the Salvation Army.
 

Leah Jay is a pioneer and leader in property management. After managing rental properties in Newcastle for seven years, she started her own business in 1994 which was the first business in the Hunter Region that focused entirely on property management.

After setting up as a sole trader in Hamilton, Leah’s business has grown to include offices in Warners Bay, East Maitland, and Belmont in 2015. 

The business employs more than 50 people, based on Leah’s leadership of relating to tenants and landlords, and creating a workplace environment that supports women.
Leah Jay overall are the most awarded property managers in the state, having won seven REINSW Awards while also being named as finalists 19 times.

Away from business, Leah loves mountain climbing and set herself the challenge of climbing the ‘seven summits’. She has successfully completed six summits, including Mount Everest in May this year. Only a handful of Australian women have achieved this before her.

Leah lost her son to Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in 2008 and is a passionate advocate for raising awareness and funds for MND.

This year Leah took part in Big Freeze Newcastle which raised over $150,000 for Fight MND and next year Leah will become Chairman to the Newcastle event.

Alexandra Haggarty is the Managing Director at First National David Haggarty in Maitland NSW part of the Lower Hunter Valley. 

She has over 16 years’ experience in real estate, primarily in property management which holds a strong place in her heart. 

Starting her career on the reception desk, Alexandra often jokes that she started at the front of the building and has sat in every desk on the way to the manager’s chair in the back where she now sits! 
Alexandra was a finalist in the 2017 REINSW John Greig OAM Award for Community Service , and her team have been recognised within the First National Network for their dedication to client service. 

Believing it is her social responsibility to give back to her community, Alexandra is a member of a number of panels and groups.

She works very closely with Carrie’s Place Domestic Violence and Homelessness Service, which rehomes victims of Domestic Violence in the private rental market and sets them up with household goods and furniture.

Kylie Walsh is General Manager of Di Jones Real Estate and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

With over twenty years’ experience in the industry she has held a variety of roles that have taken her from the beach to the bush in positions of increasing responsibility. Walsh began her career at Elders Eastern Suburbs in Sydney and discovered her true calling working in the property industry.

Kylie has worked with LJ Hooker, one of Australia’s largest and most trusted real estate brands to manage their biggest franchise portfolio. While there, she increased sales revenue by 30% and expanded the franchise network. In 2014, she joined Di Jones Real Estate to lead the Company.




 
Louise Snowden
 is  Associate Director Raine & Horne Double Bay and passionately believes a good partnership between herself and her clients is paramount in achieving the highest possible price. In fact, with Louise’s extensive experience and no-nonsense approach, you will be hard pressed to find a more consummate professional in Sydney’s East today.

Louise was recognised in 2016 within the Top 50 Women in Real Estate Business Awards, 7th Top Salesperson within the Raine & Horne network in 2016, making her the highest achieving female within the network and recognition as a top performer being awarded the Chairman’s Club National Award for 2015 & 2016.


 

 


Marnie Seinor
 has enjoyed a career spanning 20 years in the South Eastern Suburbs property market. She has built a reputation of achieving record breaking results, with her recent accolades by achieving the Australian Real Estate Business’ Top 100 Sales Agents 2016, as well as been awarded the 10th Top female sales agent in Australia.

Marnie is among the elite few to have an intricate local market knowledge teamed with enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills with a focus on building long term relationships with clients and buyers alike. Marnie believes the key to manage a successful campaign is achieved by maintaining a comprehensive service solution with personal attention.






 
Monika Tu
, Founder and Director of Black Diamondz Group International is the Chinese super agent at the forefront of a revolution in the Australian property landscape. In addition to Black Diamondz, Ms Tu the entrepreneur sits on the advisory board of Laser Corporation, an Australian owned IT and electronics solution provider that she established in 1987 and grew to a multinational with offices in New Zealand, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Monika believes in offering her international clients an unsurpassed bridging between cultures.

Monika featured on CCTV’s 2017 Most Influential Series for her unmatched prowess in the Sino-Australian prestige property and luxury lifestyle fields.
