REINSW Events Cancellation Policy
If after completing your booking you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend. Please advise substitutions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
as soon as possible so that a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk. Any applicable CPD Hours will be allocated to the substituted delegate.
All Cancellation requests must be in writing via email to email@example.com
Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund
- Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 75% refund
- Cancellation less than 14 days, no refund
