REINSW Events Cancellation Policy

Substitutions:


If after completing your booking you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend. Please advise substitutions via email to events@reinsw.com.au as soon as possible so that a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk. Any applicable CPD Hours will be allocated to the substituted delegate. 

Refunds:


All Cancellation requests must be in writing via email to events@reinsw.com.au

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund
  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 75% refund
  • Cancellation less than 14 days, no refund
