Lee Lin Chin

In her multi-faceted career in media, Lee Lin Chin has been best known as a newsreader on SBS, a role from which she recently resigned. 

Her extra-curricular work is just as varied with regular appearances as MC, as host/facilitator in discussion panels, forums and interviews and in awards presentation hosting, educational and corporate videos, voiceovers and narration.

Lee Lin Chin is of Chinese extraction and has a worldly outlook with interests encompassing international affairs, history, literature and the arts.

Caroline Bolderston

Caroline has over 15 years of industry experience. She has a serious passion for the real estate industry and a proven track record of real estate sales success.

Maria Findikakis

Maria is courage and determination personified. From early on in her real estate career, Maria quickly became a top negotiator and salesperson. Her natural warmth and ability to connect with people fuelling her desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Jane Huxley

Jane is the Managing Director of Spotify (AuNZ). She is an experienced executive with a blue chip career traversing technological, telecommunication, media and music industries. Her previous positions include leadership roles at Pandora Internet Radio, Surfstitch.com, Fairfax Media, Earth Hour, Vodafone and Microsoft.

Jane has deep operating experience and proven competencies in growing revenue, building and motivating teams, cross-function negotiation, strategic planning, business development and partnerships.

Her extensive experience in marketing drives her passion for change and advocacy of digital-based business models. She is a polished and experienced storyteller – communicating value and building belief internally, and with media and market.

Jane is a graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Maryanne Larkin

RUOK? Wife of Gavin Larkin (OAM), Founder of RUOK?

Maryanne is the wife of Gavin Larkin (OAM), founder of R U OK?

Gavin and Maryanne were married one year when Gavin’s father, Barry Larkin, took his own life. This shattering experience inspired Gavin to start R U OK?, an organisation committed to promoting connection to prevent suicide.

In 2010 Gavin and their eldest son Gus (aged 11), were both diagnosed with cancer in the space of one month. The family went on to undergo months of treatments and surgeries whilst Gavin continued his work on R U OK?. In 2011 Gavin lost his battle with non-hodgkin’s lymphoma. Two years later Gus succumbed to brain cancer at the age of 15. Maryanne had cared for and nursed them lovingly though their illnesses.

Along with her daughter, Josie (17yrs), and son Van (12yrs), Maryanne continues to support Gavin’s vision of reducing Australia’s suicide rates. She is incredibly proud of the legacy Gavin has left her and their children. Maryanne is also a passionate supporter of brain cancer research and would like to envisage a world where no child has to go through what her son, Gus, endured.

Katherine Newtown

RUOK? Campaign Director

Katherine is the Campaign Director of national suicide prevention charity R U OK? 

She is passionate about prevention and continues to be inspired by those in the community who believe in peer-to-peer support.

Katherine held a similar position for five years at White Ribbon Australia working to prevent violence against women. Her career in the not-for-profit world stemmed from a humbling and rewarding experience as a volunteer Lifeline telephone counsellor where she learned the true power of meaningful conversations.

Sherrie Storor

Sherrie has proven herself to be one of the industry’s most in-demand mentors, as she empowers agents to succeed without sacrifice.

Sherrie is a respected speaker at renowned industry events, including the Australian Real Estate Conference. She is also the organiser of the Women in Real Estate Business Series, through which she shares insightful knowledge accumulated from almost two decades of industry experience.

Sherrie's extraordinary career history includes launching a multiple-office project marketing and residential sales business, offloading her vast rent roll for a record sum in record time, growing a database of 35,000 contacts and personally selling more than 850 properties while being associated with the transactions of more than 4000 others. 

Sherrie proves it’s possible to attain significant financial wealth and enjoy a balanced lifestyle.

Suzannah Toop

Suzannah is CEO at Toop&Toop Real Estate. Having worked at AMP Capital in property funds management in Sydney, she returned to Adelaide in 2012 and started working in her family business, Toop&Toop Real Estate.

Toop&Toop is widely acknowledged as the leading independent real estate agency in South Australia. As a nationally-recognised market leader, Toop&Toop has set the standard for innovation, marketing and communications, and has been recognised outside the industry for outstanding customer service, quality assurance and business excellence.

During her time as CEO at Toop&Toop, Suzannah was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2016 and co-founded real estate software start-up company, Virtual Agent with her sister Genevieve Toop in 2017.

With over twenty years’ experience in the industry, she has held a variety of roles that have taken her from the beach to the bush in positions of increasing responsibility. Walsh began her career at Elders Eastern Suburbs in Sydney and discovered her true calling working in the property industry.

Kylie has worked with LJ Hooker, one of Australia’s largest and most trusted real estate brands, managing their biggest franchise portfolio. While there, she increased sales revenue by 30 per cent and expanded the franchise network.

Kate’s early background is in Property Management having built the LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills business from 66 properties in its infancy in 1993, to 750 within 5 years, and eventually over 1,200. 

In the process Kate has won LJ Hooker PM of the year several times and was invited to be a founder of the LJ Hooker PM Lead committee Captains Club. She was eventually elected into the Multimillion dollar performance Club and served in an advisory role.

Robyn Gleeson

Elders Real Estate Port Macquarie and Crescent Head

Robyn leads a large team of 36 including Port Macquarie and Crescent Head offering expertise mentoring and training with a passion for property management, human resources and business management.

Under Robyn’s direction, the team have achieved numerous National awards over the years including “Elite Status” for the property management team 7 years in succession along with personal excellence awards relating to the high standards and quality of her work.

Tamsin Wilson

Energetic and approachable, with over ten years’ real estate industry experience, Tamsin Wilson counts herself fortunate to have held a diverse range of roles both at corporate franchise head office and local agency level. Heading up the Property Management division at Belle Property Parramatta, she oversees one of largest rent rolls in Sydney. Their marketplace is very competitive, with over 130 different agencies servicing the area. It makes it important to stand out from the crowd, the Belle Property Parramatta team has worked very hard to make sure their systems and structure make them one of the best.

Zoe Robinson

Zoe Robinson holds a law degree and a Masters of Human Rights. Zoe worked for 6 years as a insolvency lawyer and has spent the last 3 years at Deloitte Sydney working in internal strategy roles. Zoe also volunteered for a number of months for an organisation based in Houston, Texas for an organisation that represented death row inmates. 

Having both experience in the professional services industry and the not for profit industry means that Zoe brings a balance of passion coupled with a “can do” attitude to her role as CEO of YFoundation. Zoe firmly believes that the youth should be given every opportunity to succeed and set themselves up for success, and that starts with a stable home and access to basic human rights that allow them to reach their full potential.
