Amanda Farmer is the owner of Lawyers Chambers, a boutique strata specialist legal practice in Sydney. With over 17 years’ experience in the strata legal sector, Amanda is both a Fellow and Council Member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers.
An increasingly in-demand speaker and educator, Amanda has been educating strata managers, strata owners and residents for many years, through round table workshops, seminars, large scale presentations and guest speaking opportunities. Amanda has presented webinars for the Real Estate Institute (NSW), presented at REI’s annual Women in Real Estate conference, presented for The Owners Corporation Network, as well as the Australian College of Strata Lawyers and numerous local councils. Amanda has been interviewed as a guest expert on the television program Sky News Real Estate, demystifying the legal complexities of apartment living.
Christine Nesbit, Albury Wodonga Real Estate
Christine is fully licensed in Strata Management Real Estate, and Stock and Station as well as a licensed Auctioneer. She is the Principal and Licensee in charge of Albury Wodonga Real Estate. Christine’s business is located in Albury and operates in both NSW and Victoria. The business offers its clients strata management, rentals and sales and has been operating since 2003. Christine is a member of the REINSW Strata Chapter Committee, and is a member inducted into the Waratah Network through the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
