Are you ready for the industry reform changes? In this free member webinar, you will hear from REINSW, the peak industry body who will discuss everything you need to know about these new changes and what it means to you.

The industry reforms are the result of 10 years of committed lobbying from REINSW, and the changes to the CPD will be introduced from 1 July 2018. The changes in qualifications and duties are expected in October/November 2018.

Meet the presenters: 

Tim McKibbin has been the REINSW Chief Executive Officer since 2007. Previously Tim acted as REINSW Legal Counsel which required him to advise agents on agency agreements and practice issues. Prior to joining REINSW, Tim was a partner of an accounting and law firm, where he specialised in property and taxation matters. He is currently on the NCAT Consultative Forum, the Real Estate Reference, and is a member of the Property Law Committee of the Law Society of NSW.

Leanne Pilkington is the Managing Director of leading NSW boutique real estate group, Laing+Simmons and has experience in the full spectrum of real estate services over her nearly three decades in the industry. She is the only female Managing Director in real estate franchising in New South Wales and one of only a handful in Australia. Addressing the gender imbalance, empowering women agents and contributing to a fairer operating environment are all key passions for Leanne. 

Danielle Andrews has been the Education and Training Manager for the REINSW since 2015. She is responsible for the planning, operational systems and content for the REINSW training program. She has over 16 years experience in Human Resources and Training professions. Danielle is passionate about using the training programs to serve the industry and help give a positive experience to consumers.
