Section 35 (Notification of a franchising agreement)

Section 49 form (Consent to real estate agent/assistant real estate agent obtaining a beneficial interest in property)

Section 59 waiver of cooling-off period
The Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 (NSW) provides that there is a cooling-off period for every agency agreement that relates to the sale of residential property or rural land in NSW.
