During her 30 years in policing, Danielle has served in operational roles across Sydney, including the Inner West, Hills District, and Northern Beaches, with involvement in the the police response at the Redfern and Maroubra Riots. She served as Staff Officer for two South West Metropolitan Region Commanders and has extensive experience as Police Area Commander in all three Metropolitan Regions. Appointed Commander of the Domestic and Family Violence Registry (DFVR) in 2023, Danielle oversees its creation and leads Operation AMAROK, which has resulted in 3000 arrests of domestic violence offenders since its launch. She has also developed the iLead Women’s Development Program, fostering significant progress for female officers in the NSW Police Force.

With 17 years of experience, including a decade at BresicWhitney, Romany excels in the luxury apartment sector of Elizabeth Bay and Potts Point. Emma is the Founder and Global CEO of Business Chicks. Emma counts Richard Branson as a personal mentor, is the author of the bestselling books Winging It and The New Hustle and if that’s not enough, she also has six children, aged under thirteen. A passionate philanthropist, Emma and Business Chicks have raised over $13 million for various non-profits; and each year her team produces events and content that reach over 500,000 women. Past speakers at her events include: Brené Brown, Nicole Kidman, Arianna Huffington, Diane von Furstenberg, and Gloria Steinem to name just a few.   

Jo's illustrious career in construction, spanning nearly three decades, has seen her rise from a qualified carpenter to the General Manager of a multimillion-dollar commercial construction company. In September 2020, she founded Build Like A Girl, a not-for-profit charity organisation dedicated to empowering women in the industry by providing apprenticeship opportunities, mentoring, and support, while actively combatting cultural biases. Since its inception, Jo has facilitated full-time employment for 33 women and remains committed to initiatives aimed at increasing women's participation in construction, challenging the industry's status quo.
