The tax implications of investment properties

In this course you will hear from Craig Kerr, formerly of the Australian Taxation Office, who will take you through the various taxation implications associated with investing in property.

The benefits of being equipped with a specialised knowledge of the relevant tax laws when appraising and listing property for sale or rental will also be examined. You’ll learn how to achieve the best outcome for your client by demonstrating the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing a particular property for investment purposes.
