Lisa Indge is an active member of the REINSW Property Management Chapter committee where she contributes to industry-wide change. As Managing Director of Let’s Rent, a specialist PM agency, Lisa’s expertise and experience equips her to effectively manage any situation the portfolio can throw at her and her team. She’s enormously proud of the trademark friendliness that her Let’s Rent team thrives on, and she is constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance and innovate their services.
John Gilmovich is a property management services professional in Sydney with 23 year hands on experience in the field. Current serving as a committee member of the property management chapter of the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
Former state and national property management consultant and skills trainer to the largest real estate franchise group in Australasia, with experience in the challenges of start up through to large scale business operations.
Focusing strongly on building relationships within the property industry with the end result of delivering exceptional service & value to his clients. John is passionate about setting higher standards for the property management industry and has consulted to several real estate tech companies who have wanted to deliver better efficiencies to property managers .Married with two children and living in the inner west, John likes to get involved in the spirit of community's and uses his auctioneer skills to raise funds for his favourite charity organisations.

Colin Rodgers is a career property manager – in fact he’s been involved in property management since he was 17! He is General Manager of McGrath Property Management Sutherland Shire and is currently chairman of the property management chapter of REINSW. Colin is a past recipient of the REINSW Awards for Property Manager of the year and First National’s Australia Wide Property Manager of the year.
