Do you really understand how best to manage conflict? Working with all types of people in the property sector you are bound to come across conflict, with colleagues, clients and customers It is therefore important that you have a strong grasp on how to identify the common sources of conflict, and how best to manage these.  

During this CPD course, well discuss in detail the following topics:

  • Identifying the most common sources of conflict or disputes in the property sector 
  • Implementing strategies to manage such conflict, including emotional intelligence, assertiveness, as well as effective non-verbal communication
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of your conflict management skills for continual improvement
  • How to use basic anger and stress management techniques to avoid burn out from conflict

This course is not to be missed, if you’re a supervisor, manager or simply someone who is likely to come across conflict in the workplace. Be prepared; learn what to do when conflict arises.

Meet the Presenter

House Search Australia director Jacque Parker is a NSW fully licensed real estate agent with a reputation for integrity, professionalism and outstanding service. Very actively involved within the industry, she was the immediate Past-President (2012-2015) of REBAA (Real Estate Buyers Agents Association) Australia’s only national industry body for buyers agents, and also currently sits on the REINSW Buyers Agents Chapter as Deputy Chairperson. She is the recipient of several REINSW Awards for Excellence within the category of buyers agency (2009, 2011, 2014) and has contributed on a regular basis to media articles and content in her field of expertise. Her commitment to outstanding service has been well recognised by her peers in the industry.

With extensive industry experience running her buyers agency, House Search Australia, since 2005, Jacque also holds a Bachelor of Education degree as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and uses these skills effectively in her role in educating consumers and clients alike on all facets of residential property investment and purchasing. She is passionate about education in the real estate sector and ensuring that standards remain as high as possible for professionals within the industry.
