Ingoing, outgoing, periodic – inspections are an essential part of property management. In this one-hour webinar, you’ll learn why completing these inspections in the correct manner is so important.

Jo-Anne Hamilton and Kellie Eagles will discuss how frequently inspections should be organised, how to schedule them with tenants and what to look out for.

You’ll hear about some common problems that occur with inspections and how to resolve them, and gain an understanding of when you should bring experts in to make an assessment. The reports you should prepare for the owner will also be covered.

Meet the presenters

Jo-Anne Hamilton’s career in real estate spans almost 30 years, and she has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986. She specialises in property management and has managed the residential property management team of a successful agency for more than 20 years. In addition to property management, Jo-Anne specialises in communication – a vital ingredient for success in real estate. She has a Bachelor of Arts in literature and psychology, and a Masters in Organisational Communication.

Kellie Eagles is a licensed real estate agent and is the Property Management Director at Elders Queanbeyan/Jerrabomberra. Kellie has been with the agency for more than 16 years and has been awarded the National Elders Property Manager of Year. She has also been named as a finalist in the Residential Property Manager category of the REINSW Awards for Excellence. Kellie is passionate about her business and leads a dynamic, award winning property management team.
