List and Market Property Essentials

Uncover the essential techniques and tools you need to achieve real estate success.

Over three days, you'll learn what you need to know to successfully appraise, list and market property. You'll discover how to prepare and deliver a knock-out presentation to "win the business" and identify the unique qualities that differentiate you from your competition.

When you successfully complete this course and the underpinning in and out of class assessments, you will gain a Statement of Attainment for five of the units required for your full Real Estate Licence.

Prerequisite

Prior to attending this course, you must complete the Certificate of Registration Course.

Who should attend?

Agents currently working in the real estate industry, who want to refresh their knowledge of practices, procedures and legislative obligations as required for a Real Estate Licence.
Individuals who have completed their Certificate of Registration Course and wish to increase their knowledge specific to listing and marketing property.
