This three-day course has been specifically designed for agents wanting a business management and accounting overview.

From the essential documents required for accurate reporting to the various methods available to value a business, you’ll discover it all. You’ll learn about the types of equations your accountant uses in reporting your business activity, and all the terms and jargon required to understand the accounting, tax and reporting obligations required by law.

Prerequisites
Prior to attending this course, you must complete a certificate of registration course.

This course is suitable for:

  • Individuals who have recently completed a certificate of registration course and are interested in working in accounts and administration.
  • Agents who want to open their own agency.
  • Licensees-in-charge or agents working in a management role who want to refresh their knowledge of practices, procedures and legislative obligations as required for a Real Estate Licence.
