Keeping the Books Essentials
Getting it right - How to manage your agency accounts and records.
The three-day Keeping the Books Essentials course has been specifically designed for agents wanting a business management and accounting overview.
From the essential documents required for accurate reporting to the various methods available to value a business, you'll discover it all.
You'll learn about the types of equations your accountant uses in reporting your business activity, and all the terms and jargon required to understand the accounting, tax and reporting obligations required by law.
When you successfully complete this course and underpinning assessments, you will gain a Statement of Attainment for two of the units required for your full Real Estate Licence.
Prerequisite
Prior to attending this course, you must complete the Certificate of Registration Course.
Who should attend?
- Real estate agents currently working in the real estate industry who want to move into owning their own business.
- Agents currently working a Licensee-in-charge or management role, who want to refresh their knowledge of practices, procedures and legislative obligations as required for a Real Estate Licence.
- Those who have recently completed their Certificate of Registration Course and are interested in working in accounts and administration.
