In this four hour course you’ll go over the basics to ensure that you have the best chance of success. You’ll cover the following topics:
- preparing for and conducting an auction
- setting your auction strategy for the optimum result
- making a strong first impression with the bidders
- timing and bid calling
- running a compliant auction process
- dealing with challenging situations and difficult bidders
