This three-day Auctioneers Specialised Essentials course will equip you with the knowledge to become a stand-out auctioneer.
You’ll learn how to prepare for and conduct an auction, as well as the ins and outs of auction strategy. How to make an immediate impression, body language and voice control, property descriptions, timing, bid calling and dealing with difficult bidders will all be covered. You’ll also discover what steps you need to take to ensure a compliant auction process and how to deal with any challenging situations that may arise.
What you'll learn
When you successfully complete this course and the underpinning in and out of class assessments, you will gain a Statement of Attainment for one of the units required for your Auctioneers Accreditation under the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) qualification:
- CPPDSM4004A – Conduct auction

- Real estate agents currently working in the real estate industry who want to see what it takes to become an effective auctioneer.
- Agents currently working as an Accredited Auctioneer who want to refresh their knowledge of practices, procedures and legislative obligations as required for a Real Estate Licence.
- Those who have recently completed their CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) qualification and are interested in working as an Accredited Auctioneer.
