NSW buyers’ agent wins top international award

REINSW Chapter Chair Rich Harvey and his company propertybuyer, have been recognised as the top buyers’ agent in the Asia Pacific region.
The company took out the ‘Best Property Finder’ in the 2011 Asia Pacific Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television and Google.
propertybuyer is an Exclusive Buyers’ Agency that specialises in searching, evaluating and negotiating residential and commercial properties throughout Sydney and Australia.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards, held this week in Shanghai, are recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry.
“This is an extraordinary achievement and on behalf of REINSW, I would like to congratulate both Rich and propertybuyer,” said REINSW President Wayne Stewart.
“Not only does this Award recognise the highest possible standard of professionalism, but it also shows that we have world’s best expertise at work here at REINSW.
“Rich is our Chair of the Buyers’ Agents Chapter at the Institute, so we are obviously very proud of his achievement in being recognised at an international level,” said Mr Stewart.

Commencing operations 10 years ago, propertybuyer comprises a team of 12 buyers’ agents, valuers, researchers and support staff. Rich Harvey also serves in a voluntary capacity as the Chair of the Buyers’ Agents Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales and is the NSW representative of the National Association of Buyers Agents (REBAA), which assists in improving ethics and standards of practice in this growing industry.
