Residential Tenancies Act 2010 starts today!
Released 31 January 2011

With the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 and the Residential Tenancies Regulation 2010 commencing today, property management practice in NSW will change significantly.  

REINSW is here to help members make the transition and provide support to property managers at this critical time.

Do you have all the correct agreements and forms on hand?

A number of REINSW’s commonly used property management agreements and forms have changed:
  • FM00100 – Exclusive Management Agency Agreement (Residential – long version)
  • FM00150 – Exclusive Management Agency Agreement (Residential – short version)
  • FM00200 – Exclusive Leasing Agency Agreement (Residential)
  • FM00250 – Leasing Agency Agreement (Residential)
  • FM00401 – Residential Tenancy Agreement
  • FM00404 – Termination Notice of Residential Tenancy Agreement
  • FM00409 – Condition Report – Residential Tenancy Agreement
  • FM00700 – Application for Tenancy.
Earlier versions of the above agreement and forms should no longer be used.
