Robert Anderson

Robert Anderson has been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years, with his passion over these years gravitating towards auctioneering. Robert is still an active auctioneer. He provides a wealth of knowledge and experience during training and assessing, and provides assistance to REINSW members via the Helpline.

Robert holds the following:

Tim Anderson

With more than 40 years’ experience, Tim Anderson is known as the "go to" person when you need of information on property management and NCAT matters.

A long-standing member of REINSW, Tim is also a Life Fellow. He was a REINSW Board Member for seven years and has held positions on a number of REINSW committees. He currently sits on the Property Management Chapter Committee, having also served as chairperson. 

He also represents REINSW on the NCAT Liaison Group and Consultative Forum. 

Tim was awarded the REINSW Woodrow Weight Award in 1999 for outstanding real estate agency practice.

Throughout his career, Tim has actively promoted professionalism and integrity in the industry and has applied these attributes to all his activities.

Colin Brenchley

An experienced real estate agent who has been in the industry continuously since 1983, Colin Brenchley specialises in residential sales and property management.

Colin joined REINSW in June 2013, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and training experience which he is passionate about passing onto new students to the industry and even the ones that think they know it all.

In December 2009, Colin established his own real estate office from scratch which has added even more personal experience to his already vast knowledge of the industry.

Colin holds the following:

Michelle Cott

Michelle Cott has more than 16 years’ real estate industry experience and over six years experience in training and assessing real estate qualifications.

Michelle is still active in real estate, which ensures her industry knowledge and experience is current. Michelle has a wealth of knowledge over all aspects of real estate.

Annette Ferrari

Annette Ferrari has been an engaging and popular member of the REINSW training team for more than 10 years, and has worked in the real estate industry as an agency Principal and sales specialist for almost 20 years. She is a highly qualified trainer, with a Masters in Behavioural Science, a Bachelor of Arts (Communications Studies), and a Bachelor of Adult Education.

Expertly facilitating all programs offered by REINSW, Annette couples her diverse understanding of the subject matter with thorough theoretical analysis.

Annette’s practical day-to-day agency knowledge is complemented by her entertaining style, making her a favourite among students. Her professionalism and passion for the industry is reflected in the patience and encouragement she accords her students.

Jo-Anne Hamilton

Jo-Anne Hamilton’s career in real estate spans almost 30 years, and she has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986. She specialises in property management and has managed the residential property management team of a successful agency for more than 20 years.

Jo-Anne sees great value in education and understands the challenges of learning new knowledge and skills. Personal experience juggling full-time work and family life makes her an empathetic and effective trainer, and she is always looking for ways to make the learning experience relevant to real life practice.

In addition to property management, Jo-Anne specialises in communication – a vital ingredient for success in real estate. She has a Bachelor of Arts in literature and psychology, and Masters in Organisational Communication.

Bob Jury

With more than 30 years’ experience as a professional auctioneer, Bob Jury is a true auction guru!

Bob is a licensed real estate agent and an accredited auctioneer. He is also a licensed business agent, stock and station agent, and strata manager. Bob’s depth of knowledge is second to none, and the commitment and enthusiasm he brings to the classroom is evidence of his passion for the industry.

Still actively involved in sales and auctions, Bob combines a wealth of practical and anecdotal experience together with a delivery style that effectively provides students with an insight into the fascinating specialty of auctioneering.

Yorgo Kaporis

Yorgo Kaporis has more than 18 years’ experience in the real estate industry, having worked in both the government and private sectors. He is a licensed real estate agent specialising in property management services and asset management, and is a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor.

Yorgo has a reputation for being an unconventional trainer – thinking outside the normal real estate square – and has a unique ability to engage and inspire his audience.

He has facilitated many courses over the years including Continuing Professional Development, Certificate of Registration Course, Real Estate Essentials Series and a variety of skills-based courses.

Kristie Lorenz
Kristie Lorenz has more than 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry, having specialised in commercial and industrial property for the first five years of her career, before moving into the high end residential market. She is a licensed real estate agent and is a qualified workplace trainer and assessor, who has been in the training industry since 2008.

Kristie has written and delivered and facilitated many courses over the years, including certificate of registration, property management and sales, and is passionate about sharing knowledge and creating a conducive learning environment.
