Auctions are an effective way to sell a property. They are also high-stress affairs that can be daunting to the inexperienced buyer.
As a buyers’ agent representing the buyer (or as a sales agent representing the vendor), it is important that you are an expert on the auction process.
This course will provide you with an overview of best practice at auctions:
- Bidder registration,
- Bidding dos and don’ts
- contract exchange and current NSW legislation.
The course includes practical activities, role play, strategies and legal requirements for both individual and corporate purchasers.
