Effective Conflict Resolution

Conflict within the workplace is almost unavoidable. It can arise from differences in opinion, varying beliefs, backgrounds, and culture. However, conflict can also be used as a creative opportunity to bring change, to move past personal bias and experience, and to open up new opportunities.

This course examines the concept of conflict and how it manifests in the workplace. In this course, we learn strategies for dealing with conflict in a productive way and developing skills to be better prepared. This course is ideal for anybody wanting to improve their conflict management skills.
