REINSW seeks Helpline Consultant

Are you a Licensed Real Estate Agent with sound knowledge of industry practice, having worked in many areas of real estate? 

Do you have excellent communication skills, being able to impart knowledge and clearly explain solutions to all different types of people at all levels within the industry? 

REINSW is looking for a Helpline Consultant to periodically assist the Helpline Team on a casual basis with providing practical and commercial advice to Member agents on a wide range of real estate practice matters. 

These areas include, but are not limited to, mainly property management but also legislative changes, sales matters, strata issues, agency agreements, and NCAT applications and hearings.

The position is best suited to someone with interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation and the ability to work efficiently and as a team player. 

You must possess a solid and competent understanding of property management, the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 (NSW) and Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW), and experience in sales, strata and/or commercial is a definite advantage.
