Rental bond data for NSW has been released by NSW Fair Trading providing details of lodgements, refunds and total holdings.

It includes data provided by the agent or landlord at the time of lodgement such as postcode, type of dwelling, bond paid and the date lodged. 

The data does not identify tenants or properties and includes a legend in each file describing the content.

Lodgement data will be updated each month and refund data is provided quarterly.
