Maximise your team’s performance

23 May 2017

REINSW is hosting an industry-leading panel event on Thursday 8 June about how to maximise your team’s performance.

Kylie Walsh, General Manager at Di Jones Real Estate and REINSW Board Member, will be facilitating the event, supported by the REINSW Agency Services Chapter Committee.

Kylie said: “Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from operational experts who will set the record straight on the right way to run an office, rather than relying on folk lore and myth.

“Many of us in the industry run our office and handle HR matters in the same way that it’s always been done, but is it right?

“This event will identify best practice. It will provide the structure, process and timelines designed to protect both the employer and employee, and which will help you to retain your people and recruit more efficiently.”

A panel of speakers (pictured left to right) will be on hand to answer your questions, including Bryan Wilcox, CEO of Real Estate Employers' Federation, Caroline Glover, Director of Elders Toongabbie, Kylie Walsh and Carlos Gonzalez, Office Manager at LJ Hooker Willoughby.

Topics discussed will include:

  • Recruiting the best staff
  • Creating the right culture
  • Driving employee engagement
  • Encouraging learning for life
  • Ensuring employees are motivated and satisfied.

You’ll leave the event with all the information you need to make the most of your agency’s best asset – your people! There will be plenty of time to ask questions and the panel will share the tips and practices they use in their workplaces.

Kylie added: “Each person will gain some practical tools and solutions for the problems we all face day-to-day.

“We will also be providing high-value templates and quick reference documents that will assist in running an efficient and sustainable business.

“Your team is your biggest asset but it is a two-way street - and so too is the leadership in the organisation which goes hand in hand. We’ll work through how you ingrain a culture that allows for mutual respect and the tangible benefits that can bring.”

When: 8 June 2017, 10.00am to 1.00pm
