Kylie Walsh

Kylie Walsh is a REINSW Board of Director, General Manager of Di Jones Real Estate and a licensed real estate agent. With over twenty years’ experience in the industry she has held a variety of roles that have taken her from the beach to the bush in positions of increasing responsibility. 

In addition to industry qualifications, Kylie holds Diplomas in Marketing, Accounting and Business Management and is an Accredited Trainer.

She has won numerous real estate industry awards at the elite level for sales and property management and was a previous State finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award.

Bryan Wilcox

Bryan Wilcox was appointed as REEF Chief Executive Officer in June 2016 after having served as President for 16 years and on the Committee of Management since 1998.
 
Bryan is a licensed real estate agent and has worked in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. His extensive experience in both the administration and ownership of real estate businesses allows him to better understand the issue facing real estate employers on a day-to-day basis.

Caroline Glover

Caroline Glover has been actively involved in the property industry for more than 25 years. As you would expect she has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and the local area and actively works in Sales, Property Management and Administration within the office.

Caroline has been at the helm of Elders Toongabbie for 20 years and in that time has seen the business grow from a small suburban office to be the leading agency in the local area. To us great customer service is not just our aim it’s the way we do business. 

Caroline has a great passion for the industry and for the team at Elders Toongabbie. Many of our team started working in our office as teenagers and have progressed to get married have families and become successful agents, administrators and property managers. It is hugely satisfying to watch our staff and clients move through life and achieve so much – it’s all about the people!

Bringing with him a wealth of experience from a varied and successful career, Carlos Gonzalez has a unique skillset that sets him apart from other property industry professionals.

As a licensed real estate agent, Carlos plays an essential role in maintaining the efficient management of all sales processes, ensuring that an exceptional and uniform level of service is being delivered to vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants alike. He is also involved in the implementation of new systems, procedures and marketing strategies to ensure Team McManus continues to uphold its reputation for quality and innovation.

Carlos has expertise across all facets of the real estate agency, having previously worked at an award winning office on the Northern Beaches. He began as a leasing consultant and property manager for residential and commercial portfolios, and his aptitude for strategic thinking soon lead him into the business development side of the company. Prior to his real estate career, Carlos worked as a Paralegal at a mid-tier law firm.
