circumstance, Realcover has an assistance hotline. This hotline is
available to all Realcover agents, connecting you to the Real Estate
Institute and the dedicated hotline team to ensure our insured agents
can quickly access expert help whenever they need it. Calls to the
hotline are answered by real estate experts, who have unsurpassed
experience and knowledge in real estate.

The hotline service provides initial assistance to agents free of
charge. The service includes advice on whether or not notification
should be given to Realcover.
