Business Executive
We've not seen a New Business role of this proportion in a long time! Working with arguably one of the biggest property management departments in the Eastern Suburbs you will have any number of opportunities to earn fantastic $$ and set up your career for life.
We are looking for a Senior PM or Business Development Manager with the ability to talk to new landlords and represent this market leader. You will work in closely with the Sales and marketing teams to convert warm leads into new managements. You will then pass them across to the Leasing team allowing you to simply move straight on to the next opportunity.
Your reward will be a generous base salary plus commission and the opportunity to work under some great mentors. We are looking for someone with a Certificate of Registration and experience in the Real Estate Industry to be able to convert this stream of market appraisals into new Managements. You will ideally have some Sales experience (not necessarily Real Estate) and the ability to manage a database of prospects. You will be rewarded with a generous base plus commissions which will see you earning big $$$ straight off the bat. You will also have the opportunity to work with forward thinking Directors in a fun, friendly office.
