Moss Vale agents - strengthen your property management skills
The forum, on 19 February, is open to members and non-members of REINSW and is a great opportunity to update your skills in all areas of rental property management.
NSW Fire Brigades will also provide a special presentation on fire safety, prevention and the current smoke alarms legislation.
Participants will get practical advice and information on:
- Proper termination of tenancy agreements
- Damages Claims –who pays what?
- Rights and obligations if a property becomes uninhabitable (i.e. storm, fire, flood)
- Rental increases –how to do it properly.
- Contents liability insurance –who is responsible?
- Fire Safety –do you have the correct prevention practices in place?
The forum will be held on Thursday, 19 February from 3pm to 5pm at the Moss Vale Services Club, cnr Argyle and Yarrawa Streets Moss Vale.
