Franchise Coordinator/PA
Working in a fun, highly rewarding & successful team, this role will see you predominantly supporting the General Manager of Franchise and Coordinating all facets of support for this inspiring franchise group.

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact to the General Manager of Franchise
  • Administrative duties including diary management, travel, document compilation and database entry
  • Management of projects for the GM and Franchise team
  • Disseminating information and corporate communications
  • Coordinate yearly events for franchise services team
You will be described as the glue, the do-er, the go-to person and the driver! If you enjoy autonomy, like to contribute to an engaging vision and make things happen, then it will be advantageous to demonstrate the following;

  • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction
  • Have at least 2 years administrative experience
  • Previous real estate experience (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to priorities tasks to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office
