In this lively and interactive question and answer session, you’ll hear some tips and advice from one of Australia’s most successful real estate leaders.
This is Charles Tarbey’s 40th year in real estate – and it certainly hasn’t been the one year repeated 40 times. Each year has brought Charles new growth and new experiences.
Starting with one office in 1977 at the age of 22, and with five offices operating by 1981, Charles was presented with many opportunities. He went on to commence the Combined Real Estate franchise in 1982 and grew this to 56 offices by 1994. In 1995 Charles purchased Century 21 Australasia, which now boasts 300 offices in Australia, New Guinea and New Zealand. Always looking for the right opportunity to expand he purchased Wentworth Services in 2011, a company with 8000 property managements in NSW, VIC and WA.
During this time Charles also developed Esales (a Century 21 web based software), wrote two real estate books and created Century 21 Home Loans. Charles still owns 100% of his business and is actively involved in all areas. | Time Registration from 5.30pm Event 6.00pm – 8.00pm
