Pancho has over 30 years of corporate sales success. Founder of sales training provider, Frontier Performance, Pancho’s key strength is his ability to draw on the theories of psychology and translate them into practical and implementable strategies. 

Pancho has authored a host of training, mentoring and development programmes as well as speaking professionally on the psychology in sales and optimum professional performance, both in Australia and internationally.

Barry Cawthorn

Barry Cawthorn today is the Managing Director and major shareholder of Bawdens in Sydney. The firm is based in the city of Parramatta in Western Sydney.

Completing multiple degrees in Land Surveying and Property Economics he entered the workforce as a geodetic surveyor searching for oil and natural gas in central Australia, later working with civil engineering firm designing land subdivisions on the NSW central coast. Moving into property he now has in excess 25 years experience in the Commercial and Industrial property agency arenas.

In 2007 he completed the acquisition of Bawdens Industrial, the firm having some 10 employees. Under his leadership, today the company comprises 35 staff and has grown its Assets under Management 13 % annually since 2008 to now manage in excess of 1,100 buildings across Sydney for high net worth and aspiring private clients, SME’s and SMSF’s with a total gross lettable  area exceeding 500,000 m2, and  a market value exceeding 1.5 billion dollars. In his role today he completes mergers and acquistions of aligned companies, buys rent rolls and focuses upon the development of the terrific team of people that make the company the success it is today.
